I’m guided by a belief in the body’s innate capacity to heal itself when given the right conditions—stillness, balance, and intentional support. My practice draws on relaxation massage, energy work, and the emerging science around fascia, somatic healing, and the regulation of the vagus nerve. These modalities reveal how deeply interconnected our physical, emotional, and energetic systems truly are.

In my sessions, I aim to create a space where the nervous system can soften, the body can unwind, and the deeper layers of tension—held in both the fascia and the spirit—can gently release.

I am currently studying a Diploma of Remedial Massage with Evolve College and have also completed my certificate in Reiki 1 (Shoden course) with White Sage Wellbeing.
